No weekend working and annual bonus. Jacqui is a great CEO with a clear vision and the product is good.

Really bad micromanaging, creating hostile environments, poor mental health, bullying from colleagues in the team and managers who overlook all of it and also mistreat you and belittle you. Promised hybrid working 2 days per week during interview process for it to be rejected when brought up again. Do not recommend this job.

Good location to public transport and main roads. Engineering team worked well together. Flexible working provided you got the work done.

Lack of social involvement with colleagues, most people there to get in and out, partly due an extremely busy period for company. Sometimes a lack of organisation leading to simple but costly errors.
