      Pros

      Friendly people and management. Real possibilities to invest in the company both emotionally and financially. Flexible schedule to allow for children or part-time studies. Focus is more on getting work done, not so much on hours spent in the office. Senior management clearly has goals and understanding as to what they were trying to achieve. Opportunity to work on many interesting and challenging projects - if you are competent, you will be put to use.

      Cons

      Sometimes it felt not enough time was available for development, resulting in rushed features and products.

      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere, interesting and friendly people. It is possible to find time to talk 1-to-1 with anyone about ideas, etc., even with the CEO. People trust each other. Career opportunities are good, there is always room for both vertical and horizontal career advancement.

      Cons

      There is a slight feelign of lack of overall goal or focus. Every team is in some sense "a world to its own". Which is not inherently bad - every team has their own ideas to pursue, but it does not help to create a feeling of one goal or mission.

      Pros

      Good people, nice working conditions. No red tape. Used to have good reputation.

      Cons

      Company is struggling to survive. No new products or services in sight, good people are leaving. New CEO is without a clue how to run the teams and the company. Employees’ motivation very low.
