Management doesn't protect employees against harassment. Former colleagues have been harassed by one person and they've all been forced to leave the company quietly while the person who harassed them is still within the company targeting more employees. There are massive breaches of their duty of care policy. Terrible company to work for. Many complaints about the amount of stress, workload, harassment, lack of support, no growth or recognition and no accountability for members of management who turn the company into a playground
