- Fun atmosphere with a concerted effort on avoiding stuffy 'corporate' vibes, whilst remaining professional in appearance - Great camaraderie amongst team mates and at all levels - Very positive training sessions; Training/Talent Director is one of the best I've encountered - Fun team day/nights out

- Very few, providing recruitment is right for you
