This is a family run company with respect for everyone.

Raises and reviews were not consistent.

There's always an abundance of snacks around. There are also health and dental benefits, as well as company outings with interesting activities. Job stability is good, you can work there forever if you do what you're told.

You will be used as a pawn and will never be promoted. I know this because to my knowledge no one ever has been. They don't invest in their employees,and lying is not at all a problem. If they want to get rid of you, the WILL find a replacement in secret weeks beforehand and then terminate you one day without warning, leaving you suddenly jobless.
