Thank you for sharing such a positive review. Our objective is to uphold this great culture of our organization. We look forward to continue working with you towards the success of ReSource Pro
- My manager was great
- Lots of opportunity for growth due to smaller US team
- Well known and respected company in the marketplace
- SDU teams are great
- Everyone generally positive and willing to help
Cons
- Barriers to closing sales (legal/contracts and proposals take weeks or more)
- Onboarding is messy
- Lots of turnover
- Very unrealistic quota
- Limited training on products
- Frequent very early morning and very late night calls due to global team time difference
- Commission caps on large deals
- Geopolitical stuff limits China office use
- AI/Insuretechs are changing the industry
- You really need experience at an insurance agency as a producer or account manager to be successful
