7yAs the owner of the company, I wanted to take the time to reply to this personally rather than let our Hiring Manager. I take one vacation per year over the Winter Holiday and was in communication with my team morning, noon and night every day of that vacation. Anyone saying that any member of our team is unavailable is complete nonsense.
With that said, our team is highly talented and motivated. We all work together (Even I, the owner, go out into the field with the team regularly) in a fast paced and competitive industry. We, like any performance based company, cannot keep members on the team that cannot perform. This is not the right fit for everyone, but our quotas are very low. In addition, we provide many, many resources for anyone who wants additional coaching or mentoring. If even after all of the resources we have to take advantage of, someone still cannot make it, we don't think it's anyones fault, but it's definitely not the right fit.
