Pros

• Strong growth journey of the organization—from ~MWs to GWs scale, offering exposure to large-scale renewable operations. • Diverse business expansion into wind, solar, hydro, and manufacturing, providing broad learning opportunities. • Good platform for professionals in Renewable Energy Industry to build domain expertise. • Opportunities to grow internally (clear example of career progression from Sr. Engineer to AGM). • Increasing focus on process strengthening, standardization, and operational improvements. • Shift towards digitalization and benchmarking, which enhances efficiency and modern practices. • Exposure to complex technical challenges and cross-functional collaboration.

Cons

• Earlier phases had gaps in process standardization and structured systems. • Rapid expansion sometimes leads to execution challenges and inconsistency across sites. • Scope for improvement in digital implementation speed and integration. • Need for stronger alignment between site teams and central engineering teams. • Improvement required in training and capability development frameworks for consistent skill enhancement.

Pros

It was a family ran business and some of the people there were pretty cool. They did a decent amount of training.

Cons

The training seemed very repetitive and from the hip, not a lot of thought went into it, and the manager specifically said I’m the boss if I want to sing and dance for an hour during our meeting then I’ll do that because I’m the boss and I’m paying you to be here. At first, the company starts off really strong, but it quickly fades. There’s a reason why employees are constantly going in and out of there and it’s not because the job is hard. It’s because the leadership is less than desirable to say the least.
