Pros
From the start of employment with RDL they were very good at communicating. Easy recruitment process. I started the job within 2 weeks of applying. I cannot comment on the job itself because I was contracted to another company via RDL.
Cons
The pay is bad. No appraisal after 6 months for a pay rise. No bonuses. I worked in a full time, skilled position for slightly above minimum wage.
