      Great product, but poor management. Office location in the Mission is convenient if you live in San Francisco.

      Poor leadership. Sweatshop. Company vision and business model is in flux, creating a volatile workplace.

      A company where all employees who work there really are passionate about the brand and product and will work hard to collaborate on only making it better.

      Cons

      Sometimes it would have been nice to have larger budgets for accomplishing goals.
