Pros
When I first started at RBW, I was so excited by the culture, community, and network. Within a month of starting, I slowly started noticing that people were disappearing left and right with no explanation. The one pro I would discuss is the ability to work remotely, however that policy has since been changed.
Cons
the culture changed drastically, additionally it is very much a "my team first" atmosphere as opposed to the collaborative and inclusive. There was also a lack of trust towards recruiters that were working with someone but wasn't a part of their core team.
