      Good Company with hike every 6 months Work is in accordance with the salary they pay Good Technologies to work on Young and energetic team members Management doors are always open HR team answers all our questions and are employee friendly Spacious Building and ample parking space Colleagues are very friendly and feels awesome to work and we wont feel stress Most of them are give Mac Machines

      Cons

      Team leads are fitting Masters to the Management and go and tell everything whatever we do Team leads are not that technically sound and only take control of people No Good accountant or finance person to guide us

      1. Exposure to virtually any programming language or technique out there. 2. Chance to work with some of the best programmers of your time. 3. Less politics and a lot more tech discussions whole day. 4. The best management as Razorthink is not just a business of them, but it's created from their passion for building amazing softwares.

      Cons

      If you are just an average programmer, this is not the place you want to be. But you lack skills now, but you are ready to bust your back from now on and aim to be the best in the profession they will give you a shot.
