4yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback again. We take our work environment very seriously and try to ensure that all our employees are valued and appreciated.
Since your tenure with Razor Rank was quite short, (90 days) we may not have had an official exit interview, but if you would like to provide direct feedback, I encourage you to contact me directly or respond to HR (who has contacted you twice for feedback but has received no response). We welcome feedback and are always trying to improve to make Razor Rank a great place to work.
We encourage building relationships with coworkers and despite COVID, made efforts to ensure that we had online parties from time to time. We provide snacks, drinks, and other goodies which we have even sent to employees’ homes. Prior to the pandemic, when possible, we also had after-work get togethers where we provided cocktails and munchies.
We made it a point to bring the team closer together during the pandemic and provided mental health days, encouraged PTO, and had an open line of communication whether it was through our anonymous form, team chat, or direct chat.
Regarding your advice to management, we appreciate your feedback. We aim to make our team as diverse as possible. We find with different backgrounds, ideas, and experiences, our agency is able to grow in all perspectives. At the time of your employment, over 30% of our workforce are people of color, including your direct supervisor. We find it disappointing that you did not recognize ALL the persons of color we have at the office. Since you were only with us for 90 days, and worked remotely almost the entire time without even meeting the majority of the team, you may not have realized this.
