Pros

Lots of "jobs" out there , this is one of the real opportunities. It is work... but its not hard work. It's sales you just talk to people lots of people, some are nice some are not. Pay is better than most sales jobs. Like my teammates even tho we are not all alike we all get along.

Cons

Stop with the donuts we need Fruit!

Thank You for the comments. As a local company we try to deliver some neat opportunities including being flexible, rapid growth opportunities, positive teamwork atmosphere and uncapped weekly pay. Working with big corporations, I found my hands sometimes tied by strict policies that sometimes hampered "just do the right thing". We have grown to oversee "in-store" marketing and sales in over 19 Sam's Clubs, with 2020 looking to be our biggest year in the last 10 years... We grow our management team organically so our future market managers are the ones we are interviewing today!! Look forward to you helping us with this endeavor -ML

Pros

The only pro I can come up with is if you're a people person you are constantly interacting with people in Sam's club. So if you like to talk to strangers this is a positive aspect that will help with the job.

Cons

You have to harass people into buying phone's, direct tv, and cox in Sam's club . The communication amongst management to employees is awful. You have to drive to Bentonville and Fayetteville four times a week in the morning for a meeting that could have been an email. Once the meeting is over depending on the schedule if you're scheduled for the morning shift you go straight to Sam's, if you're scheduled for the afternoon shift you have to wait a couple of hours and then go to Sam's to work so the meetings completely waste the day if you're scheduled for the afternoon. Each meeting is the same thing repeated over and over. My biggest con would be pay. $10/hr. Not worth it. You never know you're weekly schedule until Sunday so it is almost impossible to make any plans. When clocking in you have to take a selfie and picture of the time and upload them to an app. The app also tracks you. The interview hype's up the company and makes it seem like the most amazing place to work. PRO TIP: if it sounds too good to be true, it probable is.
