Korean is spoken 75% of time even though sales reps speak English. Communication is terrible! They have never bought lunch or treated team. Unsafe working conditions. Terrible pay Terrible hours Do not take time off, they frown on it. You only get 8 pto days, this includes time off for being sick amd any emergencies that may arise. They want you to come in when you are sick. Korean work culture not American culture, google differences and you will get the idea.
