Management does not know what they are doing and they micro manage the employees to the point that you feel like you will get in trouble if you leave your desk to use the bathroom or get a drink of water. The managing director has a false sense of self and thinks that he has created an innovative company but he has not. He will lie to your face and tell you what you want to hear and will never follow through. This pertains to commissions, health insurance and strategy implementation. The atmosphere is very negative and morale is always low. There is an account manager there that tells racist and homophobic jokes, but yet, nothing happens to him. There is another account manager who has anger issues who regularly screams and yells and openly makes fun of customers that do not speak English but yet he stays. Truly an awful working environment. Nothing you do or say matters and management does not care. Nothing is their fault and they are content to ignore you after the first month you are there to the point you quit. They just hire someone else and start the same sad cycle over. Extremely high turnover here. Do not waste you time.
