      Pros

      They hire you in as full-time and you get insurance within the first 90 days. There is not a lot of demand to the job and the guys in the shop/on the routes are very nice.

      Cons

      They are desperate to hire people so they hire some unsavory people.

      There are two dealerships in the valley. Ours is a family-owned dealership with a great relationship with our staff. We are fortunate to have as many as 15 staff members; adding two positions recently because of our great clients and popularity. Our dealership is known as Boyett's family water treatment
