Pros
The environment is relaxed but still fast-paced and the other staff members are nice and friendly. It's a place where you get to know the customers by face and name and have a working relationship with them.
Cons
As with any customer service job, sometimes you'll get customers that are unhappy with a particular division of the company so you'll have to put in a little extra work. But if you're willing to do that, the customers will remember this and you'll be their first choice.
