Pros
Due to the size of the company, recognition is very attainable for work and efforts that are put forth. Personally, Raydon opened up many doors. The people are worthy people to call friends, though not much of my time has been spent building those types of relationships. People do look out for you, they want you to succeed and I see it all around me. That makes it an environment worth staying and becoming a key member of the company's success.
Cons
The income levels are quite low. If it is compared online to national averages, it doesn't really equate fairly. Management seem's slightly torn in the direction they want to go on certain projects and we need more leaders taking a stand and pushing through the 'nice to haves' and working for the people.
