- Organized and great culture - Creative leaders and managers - CEO is 10/10 experienced and hands on

Things happen especially in this economic climate and people make tough decisions. My time at Raydiant made me a better employee no doubt.

- Overall, the culture seemed good. They had put together a group of smart folks who could build products. - Some managers were good and would care about their team members - The benefits package was nice - They did some team-building activities that could be fun at times - Work-life balance was decent

- The company did not seem to have any real direction - Product decisions were unilaterally made by the CEO at times, and no one ever pushed back. Garbage products would be pushed out quickly, and everyone would wonder why there was no adoption - Constant layoffs (There seemed to be one about every 6 months) - Top brass lied about why the former CEO Bobby Marhamat resigned all of a sudden (the reason we were given was a "health scare", later we found out that he was cooking the books and misrepresenting sales numbers to investors) - High turnover for certain roles - Underpay employees
