A good place to work to develop skills - Millworker Raydeo Enterprises Employee Review

I really enjoy working at Raydeo. Although I just recently started I am enjoying every day and the challenges that I have to accomplish on a weekly basis. Raydeo is a company that wants you to learn and grow and I have seen that in the month I have been working here.

At Raydeo the Cons are on you...your attitude can go a long way here so if your negative or not wanting to learn/grow you will most likely have a challenge here.

The people you work with are amazing, and the owner is a delight to work with and talk to.

The management at this company is extremely volatile, and emergencies seem to happen way to often. Also the HR doesn't seem to be very qualified and should be retrained in my opinion.
