good salary , good environment its not a physical hard work and it's not very hard to learn either it didn't required so much qualification it gives me an experience of dealing with customers
Cons
you have to achieve a lot of targets as a minimum time to finish the call , the number of calls per day,customers can be chosen randomly to a survey to evaluate you and this evaluation will be on your records
