      Pros

      Talented and helpful coworkers, people with lots of experience The tasks are challenging and the domain is both interesting and rewarding Great office location in central Stockholm with good communication options Good work - life balance, a lot of people with small kids work here

      Cons

      Top - down management style at the company. Not much room for personal career. Highly regulated industry means special requirements on which tools can be used, how work is documented and so on Upper management is a "boy's club" and diversity problem in development department is not seriously addressed at the company. Women are represented on lower management levels though.

      Thank you for your review! I agree that we really have skilled and helpful coworkers and a great culture and office space. Gender equality is important to us and a challenge for the whole IT industry since only 29% of the overall workforce within IT/telecom are women (Almega). With these conditions, we are very happy that over 34% of our workforce is female, women are represented in all management levels and our board today consists of 40% woman. Equality is one important aspect in our future external and internal recruitments. Thank you again for your feedback, we appreciate it.

      Pros

      Great product that makes planning much better and easier. Some very talented people. Director of Customer Support was great, others not so much.

      Cons

      RSA President leaves a lot to be desired. Doesn't listen, doesn't communicate, gives state of union speeches but never made the changes needed, just nice words, no real action, and made some poor decisions regarding his choices for certain employees, looked the other way for abusive behavior. Low morale, low salaries, high pressure, long hours with no compensation.
