Pros

One of the best places I have had the pleasure of working. The management is easy going, caring, funny as heck and always available to help. The dress code is casual, as mentioned below. But there are still rules that, obviously, apply as it is a business. The GM has been with this company for a VERY long time. Which means he is invested and cares how the work life and business life pans out. The pay is nothing to complain about! We have company get togethers often! It's great to be with a company that knows how to have a little fun after the hard work that we all put in. The rest of the office staff is great! I would say we have the ideal team here at Ray O Cook!!

Cons

Not really sure that I can honestly put a CON about working here. I suppose I would say that we work very close to a skating rink, so yes it gets a bit loud from time to time.

Pros

Van & gas car but is used to there advantage.

Cons

Working at this company was a disappointing experience. If you're someone who takes pride in working hard and going above and beyond, be warned — that can actually work against you here. Working harder than the leads or certain favored individuals will only make you a target. Instead of being recognized, you’re more likely to be isolated or criticized. There’s a clear pattern of favoritism, and decisions often feel personal rather than performance-based. Petty reasons are sometimes used to let people go, while others who consistently underperform or create toxic environments are rewarded and protected. Managers tend to reward the wrong people and undermine those who are genuinely trying to contribute and improve things. It’s frustrating to feel like your efforts don’t matter, and that doing the right thing can actually hurt your standing. Unfortunately, this culture makes it hard to grow or feel supported. And After 3 years I never once made my Salaray amount. Under 20k from my desired pay. Dead slow in the winter prepare for 1-2 days of work
