EXTREMELY STRESSFUL environment to be in. The owner is a raging egomaniac who is prone to explode at his employees at the drop of a dime. I saw him berate and humiliate more than one person and everyone there seems to walk around on eggshells. I recruited several good truckers of whom which we brought in to town, only to have them leave after experiencing the culture there and meeting the owner Jay Wallis. If you value your health and sanity, do not work for this organization. I left the company of my own accord on short notice because I simply could not take being around the owner any longer. Of course I was owed thousands of dollars in commissions at the time but was never paid. I spoke with dozens of truckers who were previously employed by Ray Hamilton, who shared their horror stories about the owner, getting screwed out of money and general frustrations. The owner actually walks around with a conceal and carry firearm because he is paranoid about disgruntled past employees coming to get him. I would not have believed it if it wasn't discussed after one of the mass shootings that had just happened and he admitted it.
