      Good pay conditions with housing included. Amazing team to work with, with good professional standards, kind coworkers and superiors. Overall the best experience with a company I had up to today.

      I loved the people I worked with at Rawley Resort, the work itself I also enjoyed.

      Cons

      The pay wasn't the best, you also were not guaranteed a position season to season. It is hard to stay there when there is not any job security, no matter how much you enjoyed it.

      Very independant and you can do what you like

      No supervision and bad management, with no experience... at some points no supervision at all.
