      Pros

      Anyone not in a mangement position is very friendly

      Cons

      Management/ HR are liars. Say that they understand and are trying to help but do nothing, yet do nothing. I would not advised expressing any view to HR goes on deft ears. They are there to stab you in the back for doing so reaching out They have a 'commison structure' but you will never recieve anything. Meanwhile managment purchase their 5th £70k plus EV, If you do not drink it is not inclusive.
