Pros

A culture of openness where ideas are welcomed and there is room for collaboration. There is transparency from leadership, and I’ve seen real effort from them to communicate important decisions, company goals, and progress. Ravyx has the right growth mindset: the company is evolving, and it’s motivating to be part of change initiatives and future development.

Cons

The company is still in a growth mode. Some Internal processes are still maturing and being created. Aligning practices between departments to create more seamless workflows, as we have recently moved into a Global company.

Pros

Ravyx is a great place to work. Every day poses an interesting challenge to overcome. No one day is the same. The clients we work with are challenging and push you to be excellent because the stakes are high in what we do. Colleagues are intelligent problem solvers and great to work alongside and learn from. Many team members have been here 10, 20, 30 and even 40+ years - tons of experience and wisdom on staff. Vendors we represent are best of breed in our industry and constantly innovating. Lots to learn and stay on top of. Very fun and dynamic place to be!

Cons

As a reseller, sometimes working with our vendors can be challenging. Our industry is constantly changing due to market demands and regulatory updates. Our vendors need to adapt and deliver new releases to accommodate these changes. We release new versions and products regularly and need to continuously ensure the product is thoroughly QA'd as we release new versions and meet our customer requirements.

Pros

I’ve been with Ravyx for about a year, and it’s been a rewarding experience. The company, formerly STCR, merged with SIR Solutions in Canada a couple of years ago. Since then, the integration has been evolving in a good way, with steady improvements as the two companies continue to come together. One of the things that stands out is how many employees have spent nearly their entire careers here, which says a lot about the culture and stability of the company. The company is growing. This past year they’ve added to both the sales and technical support departments, and they’re actively hiring as the business expands. The culture is welcoming and collaborative. When you join the company you get to meet many of the key leaders directly. Leadership makes an effort to bring people together through team lunches, team-building events, and quarterly townhall meetings. Those townhalls do a great job of recognizing employees with long tenure, and they also have a peer-to-peer recognition program where winners are celebrated and receive a prize. Compensation is fair, and the benefits are solid, including a 401k match after a set period of time. The benefits in Canada are a bit different due to country specific systems, Ravyx feels like a place where you can build a career, grow with a team, and be part of a company that is moving forward in exciting ways. Pros: Supportive culture, career growth opportunities, strong tenure among the team, team-building events, fair compensation, good benefits.

Cons

Cons: As with any company in growth mode, processes continue to evolve as the company integrates, and it feels like it is taking a long time. But the leadership is engaged and transparent about improvements, providing regular updates to the team on how we are progressing.
