Pros

* This company provides flexibility during work hours to run errands/ go for an emergency. * In case you don't feel 100% concentrated, focused or just burnt out, you're free to take the day off, however it is mandatory to keep constant communication and having "good judgement". * Good working culture, good projects, the tech stack is getting higher in this company along the time, it is a good place to polish yourself. * Good working conditions, you're provided a laptop, it is up to the employee to decide where to work (home or office). * This company emphasizes to employees to have constant communication, in order to keep the shift flexibility and reliability. * In terms of HR management and the way employees are treated, it is above the average. * Salary is fair enough. * Performance review results are told to the employee. * Raises are real, in comparison to other companies. * Performance Bonus.

Cons

* No paid PTOs. * No Insurance. * Because we're Contractors, it is hard to decide whether to take Vacations or Day offs because that time is unpaid. * No Maternity/Paternity leaves. * No Sick leaves. * There is a micromanagement software installed in Company´s laptops. This tool seems to be only for those that are lazy/try to escape from working hours, but still being "risky" for those that work fine.

Pros

They teach good practices and you learn from really amazing people

Cons

Once you start with a client, the good practices no longer matter in most cases. They also monitor your activity in the provided laptop which is never comfortable to work with There's no benefits
