      Pros

      They have a flexible schedule, follow the payment deadline, and have a collaborative and experienced team. They use cutting-edge technologies, which is pretty cool in my opinion. We don't have too many meetings during the day.

      Nothing to complain about - everything's been great so far.

      They teach good practices and you learn from really amazing people

      Cons

      Once you start with a client, the good practices no longer matter in most cases. They also monitor your activity in the provided laptop which is never comfortable to work with There's no benefits
