      Good collaborative culture Contractor type of contract but allows to bill more than 40 hours a week You're measured by results Good work.life balance

      Cons

      If you haven't worked with a time tracker that might throw you off but it's really a matter of comply to log the times No PTO or holidays, but the flexibility in billing more hours compensate for it

      They teach good practices and you learn from really amazing people

      Cons

      Once you start with a client, the good practices no longer matter in most cases. They also monitor your activity in the provided laptop which is never comfortable to work with There's no benefits
