Pros
Ravio has been a genuinely enjoyable place to work. The company fosters a collaborative culture where people are kind, incredibly smart and genuinely fun to spend time with. Everyone I’ve worked with truly cares—not just about delivering great results for the business, but about improving how we work together and protecting a healthy work/life balance, which I believe is critically important. The leadership team is strong, transparent, and approachable. I’ve particularly valued the Chief People Officer, who brings a great deal of empathy to her role. We partake in company on/off-sites which is a great, fun filled few days to spend with people from overseas and far reaches that I wouldn't see on a regular basis, taking on various activities from the annual Office Olympics, to things like free-roam VR experiences and axe throwing.
Cons
No company is perfect, but nothing stands out as a major negative. Like any growing organisation, there are areas still evolving—but the team is proactive about iterating and improving in all areas. There's a culture of transparency from management with regards to how well business goals/objectives are being met, which I appreciate a lot.
