Pros

- Strong early engineering team - Everyone is really nice and easy to work with - Founders are in the right headspace on staying customer-focused and understand the space really deeply - The market is ripe for new entrants, most of the existing solutions are not great and AI provides the right wedge to get people to switch

Cons

- It's early, so there's a lot of changing focus. But it always feels well-motivated - There's a lot to do, so everyone has to roll up their sleeves

Pros

Working with Ravenna has been a genuinely rewarding experience. The team is made up of kind and talented people who are passionate about code quality and stability. The product itself is both interesting and meaningful, and the work is consistently challenging in a way that keeps me engaged and growing. There's a strong sense of ownership and trust. The environment is fast-paced but supportive, and collaboration is part of the culture.

Cons

Like most startups, things can be fast-paced, and priorities can shift quickly. but that’s part of the growth.

Pros

Ravenna is the kind of place where you're constantly surrounded by sharp, motivated engineers who push you to do your best work. The bar is high, but it never feels competitive in a negative way, everyone’s here to build great things together. One of the most refreshing parts of the culture is how fluid the work is: you're not boxed into just frontend or backend or AI — if you’re curious and capable, you’re encouraged to jump in wherever you can add value. Things move quickly, but it’s not chaotic, decisions get made fast, and engineers have real ownership. The tech stack is modern and thoughtfully chosen, and there’s a real appreciation from leadership for solid engineering. It’s a collaborative, no-ego environment that makes it genuinely enjoyable to come to work every day.

Cons

Because the work is genuinely interesting and the team is so talented, it’s easy to find yourself constantly wanting to contribute and stay involved. The pace and quality of work around you can be incredibly motivating, but that also means you have to be mindful of setting your own boundaries and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. It’s not that anyone’s asking you to overwork, quite the opposite, but when you're surrounded by such strong peers and meaningful problems to solve, it’s tempting to keep going
