Not a lot of paths for career development outside of existing roles

A brilliant product with a talented, enthusiastic and fun-loving team behind it. They embrace change and do not micromanage. They trust that was given to me was really empowering. It is also a very family-friendly, whole-human workplace.

The informal nature became detrimental to a certain degree, both from a productivity and HR standpoint. More structure and better communication would serve them well.
