Pros
None really, only their infrastructure is pretty good. They have their own office building and pretty good conference rooms. Overall very good infrastructure. Flexi timings available too but it is pretty bad in long term.
Cons
They treat people as slaves, once they have the bond signed for 1 year they treat you as if they own you. 90% staff is junior level and the other 10% are the HR and office admin. Just 1 project manager who is not capable of managing time either. The bosses are in IS so obviously they forcefully make you stay late till 11pm for client calls. 8-9pm is a regular affair even if you have finished your work. You simply have to wait for calls with the boss as they are too busy sleeping till late morning. Very bad policies altogether. Due to flexi timing the work suffers most of the time i.e. some people come at 2pm and some at 10am so the person coming early has to stay late unnecessarily. Extremely poor communication between team members too.
