Pros
They want to help you succeed in the tech industry. if you have any questions with the material the instructors help you get to the solution and explain how you got an error. if you give them time and your full commitment to the process they will get you up and running into a job so you can advance your skills
Cons
the process can be unfortunately longer than expected, more due to the fluctuation of the job market. I would give yourself a + or - extra month buffer of time needed to complete the process at Rave. Also get used to walking alot :)
