      Just an awesome company. Also, working in this industry keeps things interesting, though it's absolutely still professional.

      It would be nice if the profit margin were higher.

      Pros

      Benefits are awesome , on site gym , company lunches

      Cons

      Policies change minute to minute , management circles the wagons when a dept manager decides to lose her marbles , upper management ie: vp is never there and makes recommendations that hurt the employees , company owner is absent and cannot be contacted . Do not use pto time or you will be fired if it’s not for a vacation purpose !!
