      Pros

      The people are great to work with. It is a fast paced business so you are always busy.

      Cons

      Because it is fast paced, the business still lags behind in some processes. They have recently introduced a policy decreasing flexibility which makes it difficult for working parents or people that live far away. There have been alot of resignations lately.

      Pros

      Excellent company to work for, Great people who support you all the way. Manager is Amazing, always goes to bat for the Team and is very honest. Never hold back, they tell you what you lack and to be able to fix it. asking unlimited questions and always has door open.

      the only thing I can say is that there aren't any bonuses
