      good sales team. some good people probably terrific place if you work in operations or accounting.

      Cons

      Big annual plans are always descoped to increase operating profit. terribly demotivating for sales and product.

      Pros

      Excellent company to work for, Great people who support you all the way. Manager is Amazing, always goes to bat for the Team and is very honest. Never hold back, they tell you what you lack and to be able to fix it. asking unlimited questions and always has door open.

      the only thing I can say is that there aren't any bonuses
