I haven't come across any cons in my (admittedly short) time here!

Great group of people to work with. Solid processes and project management in place to get work done. Clear communication from leadership. Really interesting area of focus (B2B tech) in an industry that is exploding with growth. I learned a lot here and it was a great place to be early on in my career.

It's a small company, so it just depends on what you're looking for in your career. For me, I really enjoyed working with B2B tech clients — so much so that I eventually decided to move in-house. While the agency world wasn't for me long-term, Golden Spiral was still a great stepping stone for my career and I'm very thankful for the time spent there.
