Appealing, disgraceful, unprofessional, unethical, aggressive and incompetent - Case Worker Rating and Valuation Employee Review

Nothing at all, really, nothing!

Where do I begin? Invited for training as an agent where I paid £28.00 for parking! No basic lunch provided. Started working the next week. First appointment traveled and met clients. Staff in the office when on the phone are really rude! Patronising attitude. This lasted for an entire week where on a Friday one of them banged the phone down on me. Anyways: Leads are bogus and dead. I reached on appointments where clients had requested to cancel meeting but not informed. Where the client did not meet the criteria. Where the client was told we were from the council and then during payment (which is a misrepresentation), they would ask you to leave, leads where the premises was shut and was sent twice! No one to hear your complaints regarding the quality of leads Their office is rife with internal politics and the attitude of all working there is rude and patronising. They are in a habit of slaming the phone down on you. Three weeks later they sent me a text that they wont be doing business with me! All cause I complained about the quality of leads as it was costing me. I also sense this organsation is something of a scam. They seem to be always hiding something. The directors name is not in the company records, however , his name appears in a different company name though he is using the logo and branding of a separate company in London. Avoid this place! it will get you down!
