      Friendly people and great reputation

      Cons

      New culture coming in from the top and taking away the friendly, respectful culture which made people want to work there. Rushing in change that's badly planned and arbitrary deadlines. New blame culture and staff hanging on by a thread.

      Pros

      Benefits - pension, shares, top notch for training opportunities and getting on in the company - they do listen to and included all levels of staff

      Cons

      Problems with technology, computer has problems in that it’s slow and antiquated systems struggle to keep up. Centrally controlled computer and sometimes difficult to get answers for IT
