      Pros

      Great place to work for young adults. Lots of lovely people, lots of events to attend, brilliant support for exams, good working hours, management genuinely want you to grow and succeed.

      Cons

      Lots of organisational change, back office processes are a mess which feeds into low moral for staff. Experience definitely highly dependent on which team you are in.

      Pros

      Benefits - pension, shares, top notch for training opportunities and getting on in the company - they do listen to and included all levels of staff

      Cons

      Problems with technology, computer has problems in that it’s slow and antiquated systems struggle to keep up. Centrally controlled computer and sometimes difficult to get answers for IT
