      Pros

      Great colleagues. Not hierarchical. Good infrastructure to do your job. Fantastic team work Good work-life balance

      Cons

      Undergoing an aggressive cost cutting approach. Great for short-termist investors but not for colleague satisfaction. Starting to tilt back into in-flexible working (e.g. limiting working from home days, removing options to work a few days from abroad, etc)

      Pros

      Benefits - pension, shares, top notch for training opportunities and getting on in the company - they do listen to and included all levels of staff

      Cons

      Problems with technology, computer has problems in that it’s slow and antiquated systems struggle to keep up. Centrally controlled computer and sometimes difficult to get answers for IT
