Within the Operations department, you can switch teams after 3 months of working, and after 6 months, you are able to move to other departments. Here you study fast and have to work with people of different countries. Even when the situation is busy, team members are helpful and willing to answer questions.

At first it may be overwhelming as it has a lot of tools to study.
