Pros

1. If you can negotitate well, they MIGHT just pay you. 2. They are always hiring, cause people are always leaving. 3. It's an excellent exercise in stress and bumpit management. 4. You'll witness first-hand how exactly they win 'awards.'

Cons

1. They perfectly embody the ethic of - if you have to throw another under the bus to save yourself, do it. You do not want to be the one responsible for anything, at all. Ever. 2. You'll be great friends with your coworkers, cause it's not like you'll have a social life, and well, trauma bonding. 3. Witness 1700s in real time cause the only thing preventing the Boss Man from calling you his personal slave is the pretentious image he has to maintain of being 'woke' and 'young.' 4. You might get to work on really popular brands - the ones everyone else rejected cause their brand managers are equally poop. Frankly Boss Man's personality compliments the poop brand teams so great matchmaking. 5. You'll be manipulated, gaslight and harassed. It's a given. All those years of expeience with your exes will finally come in handy. 6. I know my sarcasm's not exactly on point here, but that's alright, you'll learn it really well from Boss Man. He's much better at being an bumpit than you can ever aspire to be.

Pros

lol keep moving , there aren’t any

Cons

Where do I even begin 1. The Founder works from New York, expects people to be available post 7 (which is apparently the logout time but even that is a joke) because he starts working at 4 PM. 2. They have an attendance bot, which is basically a way for them to micromanage you, and call you unproductive, because you took 3 hours to complete a newsletter. They say its to help you "defend" your time, but its so that they dont have to pay you extra for overtime. 3. The design "lead" is so lacking in skill that he prefers to put the designers under him down so that nobody sees his shortcomings and he can put others in the fire. 4. They believe interns can do the work that their full time employees do. 5. The founder loves abusing his employees, thats what makes Rasta such an inclusive place, everyone is verbally abused equally. 6. You will be good friends with your colleagues because everyone hates the senior management and is basically just trying to get out of the place asap. 7. They don't pay freelancers or photo studios, if they do then its after ages. 8. They don't even know the A of Art Direction 9. The role of an HR is basically just to be a mediator between the employees and the founder because there are so many complaints against him. (Also the HR is basically his PA) 10. You will work at least 10-15 hours a day so forget about work life balance, it wont exist. 11. They dont even provide software let alone a laptop for 6 months, even then you will have to run after them for it. 12. The founder will threaten to cut your salary as and when he feels like just because he wants "skin in the game" (they dont even think its unethical, so you can imagine his mindset) 13. To save money, they merged the roles of an account manager and a copywriter, and then call people unproductive for not being able to do both. 14. You will be lucky if you get your F&F 15. They call themselves startup specialists, but get brands that they are incapable of handling for the sake of money, then blame the employees when the brands leave. 16. They work from a co working space and expect us to do shoots at a professional level within that tiny room. Truly CULTURE FIRST, don't you think?
