nothing, no job security, no hr policies

poor hr poilicies, worst rules like calculating the timings and have to wait the logout time like a school kid. no benefits medical insurance, provident fund. still i did not understood how the seniors are working here since long time. some public holidays are skip like gandhi jayanthi(management thinking like foreigners but not in reality) no mnc standards. if you ask hike they says client issues. when got money in the pocket just silence. skipped my hike salary. poor culture and values
