So you may end-up (usually the case) with a less experienced less educated national peer working as your boss. Moreover, they are promoted so quickly for no obvious reason! Also, your development will be slow and mostly the good positions will be reserved for the nationals, so no matter how hard your development will be blocked at one point. Other than that, the internal training program is so poor. Safety wise, company claim to have a shining safety record achieving gazillion billion man hours incident free. However, reality is that serious incidents are keep as secret and quickly covered without informing the public or authorities. Join only if you're offered a senior/adviser position or you are a married grumpy 40 years old guy who just want stability in his life, nothing more!
