The team is smart and helpful when necessary. I consistently see the changes through LinkedIn on their progress as a company. It was great to be there when I was. The negative reviews are from people that weren't here long enough to appreciate the science/tech here.

It was a hard time to align with upper management, it has changed since leadership is different.

Projects are interesting and there's a lot of growth/learning opportunities.

Upper management changes goals constantly and struggles to communicate effectively to middle management. This lack of direction can cause a lot of tension between employees at all levels. Overall a very stressful work environment.
