Work life balance can be tricky

Set hours which is not normal in a freelance role Quarterly gratis Educational calls are great and informative, but always very last minute like the day before a huge launch

No other benefits, they even say in the interview that your benefit is having full hours No PTO, no health insurance, no additional any sort of resources You can lose your job with a 2 weeks notice They put more value into only large market (LA, Miami, NYC, and Dallas) Regional leadership and AEs are virtually nonexistent when it comes to giving you insight with the business from a numbers standpoint since they are so busy and spread thin A lot of their time and money in the company goes towards paying influencers and sending influencers products, teaching them classes etc.. while the people on the ground with the company get minimal attention and education unless it’s a new launch
